District Plan Review Stage Three

Stage 3 of the Mackenzie District Plan Review, being Plan Changes 23 to 27, was notified on 4 November 2023, and the decisions on the plan changes were notified on 5 August 2024. Any person who made a submission on Plan Changes 23 to 27 may appeal to the Environment Court against the decision within 30 working days of the notice being served. Appeals must be in the format prescribed and lodged with the Environment Court by 16 September 2024. The appellant must also serve a copy of the notice in the prescribed manner to the Mackenzie District Council. Attention is drawn to Clause 14 of Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act 1991.

Now that decisions have been made, all rules in Plan Changes 23-27 have legal effect.
