District Plan Review Stage Three

Stage 3 of the Mackenzie District Plan Review, being Plan Changes 23 to 27, was notified on 4 November 2023, and the decisions on the plan changes were notified on 5 August 2024. The appeal period has now closed and appeals have been received to the Plan Changes.

Now that decisions have been made, all provisions in Plan Changes 23-27 have legal effect, and all rules that have not been appealed are now treated as Operative.

The plan changes have now been merged with the rest of the EPlan content, and provisions subject to appeal are identified.
